Pedro Freitas
Pedro Freitas is a young Portuguese quadriplegic. Through a personal website, asks for help to raise funds with which to improve his own quality of life, as the government of his country does not have sufficient measures to support this type of disability.

Oceanos Organization Spain is a nonprofit organization and its purpose is to provide information and telecommunication support services related to Internet development, government organizations and other NGOs.
