Navalcarnero Town Council
Navalcarnero City in Madrid, experienced a rapid population growth, so it was faced with the need to create an information system for up to 150,000 citizens.
In this situation, with the aim of becoming an example of cutting edge and growth in the region of Madrid, the City Council asked Qindel Group to implement a project based on the global implementation of its information systems as well as the relocation of its facilities and the migration of the information systems. This project was characterized by the implementation of a complete technology infrastructure. It was a turnkey project that required an open-source eGovernment Platform, a communications network and IP telephony recording systems, documentation and issuance of government boards and managed services for all systems.
The value proposition offered by Qindel Group was based on a complete life cycle of the project. It was carried out the implementation of all systems and it was implanted an open-source eGovernment platform.
This project included design, development, maintenance and support 24 / 7.
